Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites and services operated by ReEnvision Events Private Limited for the following exhibitions:

1) Eligibility

By registering or participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2) Exhibitor Registration & Participation

• Booth allocation is subject to availability and approval by the Company.
• Exhibitors must comply with venue rules, safety regulations, and all applicable laws.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation for non-compliance.

3) Visitor Registration

• Entry badges are strictly non-transferable.
• Visitors may be required to present valid identification at the venue.
• The Company reserves the right to deny entry in case of policy violations.

4) Payments & Fees

• All participation fees must be paid according to the invoice schedule issued by the Company.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of participation.

5) Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply as per the signed agreement or registration terms.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the event may be postponed or rescheduled.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Company policy.

6) Intellectual Property

All exhibition names, logos, trademarks, branding materials, and related content are the intellectual property of ReEnvision Events Private Limited and may not be used without prior written permission.

7) Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising during or in connection with the event, including but not limited to business interruption or loss of profits.

8) Website Usage

• Users shall not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity may result in suspension of access.
• The Company reserves the right to modify website content without prior notice.

9) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
